About Us
Flowers On Vine has been serving New Wilmington and the surrounding area since 2005. We are committed to pleasing our customers by providing them with exceptional products and service. The owner and head designer has had many years of experience in the floral industry and she is very happy to be able to serve you.
Delivery Policy
Our delivery area includes New Wilmington Borough and the New Wilmington Townships, at the charges of $3.00 and $5.00 respectively. We will also deliver to Hermitage, Grove City, Mercer, New Bedford, New Castle, Plain Grove, Slippery Rock, Volant and West Middlesex at a slightly higher charge.
We can usually do same day delivery on any arrangement that is ordered before 1:00 pm. The exceptions would be:
* If you request a specific flower that we don't have in stock.
* Tropicals or Exotics that require several days advance notice.
* Fruit and gourmet baskets which are next day delivery items.
We will make every effort to deliver your arrangement when you want it delivered, however, sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control the delivery cannot be made.
Our policy is that if the recipient is not home, we tag the door and request a call when they return home. We also try to leave a message on their answering machine just in case they don't see the door tag. We will not leave an arrangement outside in inclement weather.
We are sorry, but during Holidays we cannot promise deliveries at specific times.
